Quantity Surveyor

I m looking to speak to Quantity Surveyors for a large infrastructure scheme in Birmingham.

It s a really interesting project with lots going on and the package is valued at £100 m +.

You ll have 5-10 years experience and an in-depth knowledge of NEC contracts.

My client is delivering groundworks/civils and reinforced concrete works for a contract that is due to run for the next 3-4 years.

There will be further projects in the region once this one is completed.

You can work either PAYE or self employed (cis/ltd) and the salary/rate is very much open for negotiation depending on relevant experience. The salary should be somewhere between 65-95k and a daily rate between £(Apply online only)+.
