They have picked up a new contract which commenced in December 2025 that should have a duration of approximately 12 months. The daily duties include QA/QC management, documentation and administration in line with the client's requirements. After a period of consolidation they are now at a turnover of more than £100 m across the group and need to strengthen their finance team. This is an office based opportunity and is on a full-time, 5 day per week basis. My client's office is near Uxbridge- Middlesex. Key roles and responsibilities: Entering purchase invoices across their group of companies Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and good receipts notes where applicable Liaising with the buying department on purchase order queries Contacting both site staff and external suppliers to raise and manage invoice queries where necessary Completion of supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis Ad-hoc offices duties to include answering calls, placing and receipting stationary and office supplier orders Requirements: Some previous experience required, preferably within the construction industry Previous experience with 4PS or Microsoft Business Central is preferred but not essential Good communication skills and attention to detail Have a flexible approach to work Must be self motivated and able to work to deadlines The salary on offer is between £33-35k per year with room for negotiation based on relevant experience.
