Our client, operating in the highways sector, is currently seeking a part-time Highway Quantity Surveyor for a contract role in Buckinghamshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of highway maintenance and improvement schemes
- Cost forecasting, valuations, and change management
- Contract administration and commercial reporting
- Providing commercial advice and risk management support to project teams
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within highways or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts
- Ability to work independently and provide commercial leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
