Job Description
I am working with a well-established regional contractor who ve asked us to source a fit-out manager to work on a residential scheme near Birmingham. You ll be joining an experienced management team at a crucial stage of the programme pushing the job towards completion.
Due to the stage of the build, the site is operational 7 days a week. You won t be expected to work every weekend but some flexibility to assist would be appreciated.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, ideally from a joinery background
- You ll need to be a natural driver and somebody with a keen eye for detail to ensure standards are high
- A valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS to be considered for this role
- Rates will be between £270.00 - £300.00 a day for the right person
