Residential Surveyor Remote Working £45K - £60K Basic, Upto £90K OTE 10% Commission Full-Time or Part-Time

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a respected and expanding property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

  • Level 2 Surveys
  • Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
  • Red Book Valuations
  • Bespoke Building Surveys
  • Private and Panel work
  • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines

Residential Surveyor Requirements

  • Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
  • Registered Valuer status essential
  • Proven track record in residential surveying
  • Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
  • Full UK driving licence
