Residential Surveyor Remote Working Upto £90K OTE 10% Commission Full-Time or Part-Time

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Level 2 Surveys
- Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and Panel work
- Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Registered Valuer status essential
- Proven track record in residential surveying
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence
What's on Offer?
- Salary package: £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, £60,000 - £90,000 OTE
- 10% commission on personal net billings
- Working hours: remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available
