Due to continued growth, a highly successful surveying practice specialising in residential property is seeking a dedicated Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering a fixed geographical area within Chelmsford on a remote / work-from-home basis. The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys
- Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys within your designated area
- Produce accurate and detailed survey reports using modern surveying technology
- Deliver professional advice and maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage a fixed geographical workload efficiently and effectively
- Work towards achievable income and performance targets
- Attend and contribute to regional meetings and team discussions
- Maintain continuous professional development through ongoing training and industry updates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant RICS standards and regulations
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Surveyor, ideally AssocRICS qualified or higher
- Strong familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reporting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
