Job Title: Plumber Multi
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Travelling to Ipswich, Woodbridge areas
Rate of pay: £200 per day CIS using own van

Property maintenance and refurbishment company providing repairs, compliance, fire safety, and retrofit services in social housing.

Requirements for the role:

• Uplifting vinyl floors then applying latex
• Removal and refitting of toilets and basins
• Removal and refitting of radiators
• Multi trade duties including plumbing, basic carpentry, painting and decorating
• DBS required

Desirable experience:

• Previous experience working on contracts within social housing
• Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
• Multi-skilled in all trades with plumbing being the main trade
