Ideally, you will have: A construction-related degree, HNC/HND or relevant NVQ Some exposure to the construction industry, either through employment or placement experience A genuine interest in progressing into site management Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive approach and willingness to learn The ability to work effectively with subcontractors and project teams A full UK driving licence Previous experience within commercial construction would be advantageous, but this role is primarily aimed at someone with the right qualifications, attitude and potential to progress.
