We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Elton, Cheshire
Sectors: Industrial roofing project
Dayrate: 260 to 290 per day dependant on experience
Duration: 15 weeks

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a 15 week industrial roofing project starting in July. You will be overseeing the full project from scaffolding throughout to close. Previous industrial/ roofing experience is preferred.

Duties of the Freelance Site Manager:

• Oversee industrial roofing project from start to finish
• Working at heights experience (20m+)
• Work alongside contracts manager daily
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on site
• Liaising with commercial team and client
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Liaise with client regularly

Required Qualifications/Experience of the Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience as a Site Manager (industrial/roofing)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Previous experience on working at height projects (20m+)
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• Previous experience working on a hospital is preferred
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
