Position: Cladding Designer (Mid to Senior level)
Location: North Greenwich, London (hybrid)
Salary: 42,000 to 48,000 (Mid level) / 50,000 to 60,000 (Senior level)
A specialist facade contractor is expanding its design team and looking for a Mid or Senior Cladding Designer to join an established team of three. The business works across a broad range of facade packages including recladding, external wall insulation, brickwork, light steel framing, roofing and curtain walling, with projects primarily inside the M25 and some further afield.
Design sits at the centre of how this business delivers. You will take projects from site survey and investigation through to construction detail, producing drawings that get built rather than filed. The work is varied, the team is close-knit, and your technical judgement will carry real weight from day one.
The role is hybrid, combining a minimum of one day per week in the modern riverside office at North Greenwich, remote working, and at least one site visit per week depending on workload. Occasional overnight stays may be required. An immediate start is preferred.
Salary: 42,000 to 48,000 for Mid level, 50,000 to 58,000 for Senior level
Annual salary reviews
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with one additional day per year of service
Company laptop and phone
Paid travel expenses for site visits including mileage, train and parking
Modern riverside office in North Greenwich, close to shops, restaurants and transport links
Mentoring and career development support
Quarterly office social events
Clear progression pathway
