Site Manager required for a busy residential new build development in South London.
Our client, who are a medium sized construction developer, require an experienced and versatile Site Manager to take on an existing project through to completion.
Ideally looking for somebody who can work on their own initiative, flexible to working hours, proactive, and must have the prerequisite experience to take on an existing project.
You must have as minimum:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Site Manager level
- Scaffold Appreciation Cert
