Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in the Highlands, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on retail fit-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams
• Oversee quality control and snagging processes
• Ensure timely delivery within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required as applicable)
• Ability to work away from home when required
