We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in the Highlands, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on retail fit-out projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams
- Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme schedules
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams
- Oversee quality control and snagging processes
- Ensure timely delivery within budget
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required as applicable)
- Ability to work away from home when required
