We are currently looking for an experienced Man in Attendance (MIA) Scaffolder to work with one of our leading clients. Requirements: CISRS Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder (essential) Previous experience working as a Man in Attendance Good understanding of site safety and scaffold inspections Ability to respond promptly to site requirements, including scaffold alterations and adaptations Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team Valid CSCS/CISRS card Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential Responsibilities: Attend site as the designated Man in Attendance. Carry out minor scaffold alterations and adaptations as required. Ensure scaffolding remains safe, compliant, and fit for purpose throughout the project. Liaise with site management and other trades to respond to changing site requirements. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
