Maintenance Carpenter - High-End Residential (City of London)

Experienced Maintenance Carpenter required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality carpentry and plumbing maintenance work.

Key Duties:

• Plumbing, minor electrical and painting tasks
• Carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, door installation & repairs
• Flooring, maintenance, snagging, general handyman works
• Working independently in client-facing environments

Requirements:

• Proven high-end residential experience
• Multi-trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, maintenance)
• Own tools + full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional and able to work alone

Details:

• 50,000 - 55,000
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Company van provided
• Immediate start
