Damp and Mould Treatment Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Damp & Mould Wash Treatment Operative to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector across Wolverhampton and Sandwell.

This role involves attending occupied domestic properties to carry out damp and mould wash treatments. Duties will include cleaning and treating affected surfaces, removing mould growth, applying specialist cleaning solutions, and ensuring properties are left clean and safe for residents. You will be working directly within tenants' homes, so a professional and customer-focused approach is essential.

Role Details:

• Permanent position
• Salary: 28,000 per annum
• Company van and fuel card provided
• Working across Wolverhampton and Sandwell
• Social Housing maintenance environment

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to pass a DBS check
• Experience within cleaning, property maintenance, social housing, damp and mould treatment, or a similar field would be beneficial
• Good customer service skills and a professional manner when working in residents' homes
