Role Overview: As a Site / Senior Engineer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest technical standards. Working closely with the site team and project managers, you will oversee the technical and engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out accurately, safely, and efficiently. Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff, promoting a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of site processes and engineering practices. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Site or Senior Engineer in the construction industry, ideally with experience working on larger or higher-value projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards. Proficient in setting out, using relevant tools and instruments such as total stations and GPS equipment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and clients. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling on-site challenges. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site. Relevant engineering qualifications (degree, HND, or equivalent) in civil engineering or a related field.
