Senior Surveyor

We are pleased to announce that Reed is recruiting on behalf of a prominent housing provider for two Senior Surveyor positions. These are 6-month fixed-term contracts with potential for extension or permanency. One position is based in South London and the other in North London.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract

Location: One position in South London and one in North London

Salary: 58,664 - 61,751

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive surveys across assigned geographical areas.
• Ensure compliance with all housing regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external contractors to manage and oversee projects.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback on survey findings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a surveyor, ideally within the housing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
