Your Key Responsibilities: Compilation of monthly financial reports for contracts and the Business unit Liaison with the Accounts department to manage Debtors Ability to review contract documents to identify and manage commercial risk/ opportunity and advise on tender qualifications Liaison with project management staff to ensure that all contractual correspondence, notifications and records are properly maintained Preparing applications for payment and invoices to maximise cash-flow and recovery Identifying and valuing contract change and administering appropriately Manage cost control across the projects and provide accurate forecasts Strong knowledge of NEC/ICC forms of and an ability to swiftly analyse and understand non-standard forms of Contract.
