Construction Workers Required Coventry Area

We are currently recruiting construction workers for long-term ongoing projects in the Coventry area, with starts available from mid to late June.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for steady, long-term work on projects expected to continue for 6+ years.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30am 5:00pm
• 30-minute morning break
• 30-minute afternoon break

Pay Rates

• £150 £210 per day
• Rates dependent on role, experience, and tickets held

• Labourers
• Groundworkers
• Street Works Operatives
• Dumper/Roller Drivers
• 360 Excavator Operators
• Telehandler Operators
• Kerb Layers
• General Pipe Layers
• Plant Operators

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card required
• Additional tickets are beneficial but not essential
• Previous construction site experience is a must
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
