Exeter 17.50 per hour (CIS) Full-Time Long-Term Project Immediate Start

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our client on a long-term commercial construction project in Exeter.

This role offers approximately two years of consistent work with a well-established contractor.

• Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
• Supervise deliveries to and from site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
• Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain site safety.
• Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.

• Valid CSCS card.
• Current Traffic Marshall NPORS card or CPCS.
• Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis, steel-toe boots, gloves and goggles.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 17.50 per hour (CIS).
• Long-term project with approximately two years of consistent work.
• Immediate start available.
