Are you a Technical Coordinator, Design Coordinator or Project Coordinator with experience managing drawings, technical information or consultant teams, looking to join a growing residential developer working on high-quality bespoke developments?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to step into a technical lead position within a well-established and expanding business, where you will take ownership of technically challenging residential projects from detailed design through to completion.
This company are recognised for delivering premium residential developments with a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail and long-term staff retention. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking to strengthen their Technical Department with the addition of a Technical Coordinator.
In this role, you will coordinate the technical delivery of multiple developments, managing external consultants across architectural, structural, civil and M&E disciplines. You will review and coordinate drawings, manage technical queries and design information, support site teams through construction phases, and ensure projects remain compliant, buildable and delivered on programme.
This role would suit someone from a housing, construction, engineering or architectural background with strong experience coordinating drawings, technical documentation and project information looking to take the next step in their career offering excellent bonus and company benefits.
