Your Key Performance Indicators Tharstern database management & quote accuracy Estimating/commercial team quotes & responses completed within agreed time frames and accuracy criteria as defined by appropriate SLAs: Quotes completed to 100% accuracy Quotes output within agreed time frame Quotes completed to agreed customer margin Your Key Accountabilities: Conduct regular reviews of estimating and commercial pricing using Tharstern MiS & Cost Rate Manager (or similar), ensuring all rates are up to date in conjunction with Procurement and Commercial Guidelines Assist by monitoring and assessment of applicable print services market rates and adjustment of pricing recommendations accordingly, working closely with Commercial & Procurement Team Overviewing estimates produced by the team and estimating jobs and projects within the parameters set by the business, adhering to client criteria and SLAs standards. Prioritise workloads Liaise with Customer Service & Sales Teams as required to maintain margin targets Liaise with Production regarding complex and specialist print production.
