Tribuild is recruiting a Senior Construction Manager for a major 40m Grade II Listed refurbishment in the City of London.

You'll provide senior site leadership, managing construction activities, subcontractors, logistics, sequencing, quality and programme across a complex refurbishment project.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering major commercial refurbishment or fit-out schemes and be comfortable managing multiple work packages and site teams simultaneously.

Experience working within occupied, constrained, heritage or listed environments would be advantageous.

Salary: 85k- 100k, dependent on experience.
