An expanding independent Building Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor into its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and broad exposure across both project and professional work while working within a supportive and collaborative consultancy environment.

You'll take ownership of your own instructions, work directly with clients and play a visible role within a growing business where good people can progress quickly.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering contract administration and project management work

• Undertaking building surveys, TDD and defect analysis instructions

• Managing dilapidations, planned maintenance and feasibility work

• Carrying out site inspections and client meetings

• Preparing technical reports and managing day to day delivery

• Working across both project and professional instructions

What they're looking for

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

• Consultancy experience

• Strong general Building Surveying knowledge

• Comfortable managing workload independently

• Strong communication and report writing skills

• Positive and collaborative approach

Salary & benefits

• £50,000 to £65,000 depending on level
