Job Duties Manage and prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for new build housing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Oversee the entire commercial process from initial feasibility through to final account settlement, including procurement, contract negotiation, and valuation of works. Monitor project costs and progress, providing regular reports to senior management and highlighting any risks or variances. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery within budget. Review and agree subcontractor valuations and final accounts, ensuring correctness and adherence to contractual terms.
