Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Civils & Groundworks

Location: Projects within 1 hour of Reading

Position: Hybrid Working Available

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in:
Civils
Groundworks
Formwork
Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frames
Deep Drainage
All aspects of Groundworks

The ideal candidate will have experience working on all aspects of Groundworks and be confident managing commercial aspects from procurement through to final accounts.
Key Requirements

Proven QS experience within civils and groundwork packages
Strong knowledge of RC frame and deep drainage works
Experience on high-end residential developments
Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Full UK driving licence preferred
