You ll have a clear understanding of health and safety, CDM regulations, and contractor compliance, alongside experience undertaking EPCs, HHSRS inspections, and disrepair investigations. Customer-focused and collaborative, you ll work effectively with stakeholders while supporting operational planning, risk management, and budget awareness. You ll act as a positive brand ambassador and remain flexible in responding to changing operational needs. What we re looking for Significant experience in building defect identification and stock condition surveying - Essential. Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and building pathology -Essential. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Essential. Ability to work independently and manage workload - Essential. Experience with PAS 2035 Desirable Understanding of party wall matters Desirable.
