As Contracts Manager you will be expected to have good communication skills and be able to report your professional opinions to the Directors on daily / weekly basis whilst managing progress and time frames on sites. With contracts being both D&B and traditional so it is important that you have worked on similar projects and contracts previously. Being part of a smaller business where you are not just a number but a team player is important. A can do attitude to work coupled with good I.T skills is imperative to work for this main contractor client and becoming a key team member and helping this client to grow. Key Requirements: Relevant New build or Refurb project experience on D&B or Traditional contracts. Experience of new builds and refurbs covering a variety of sectors, with values from £1-£4million.
