About You We're looking for an experienced asbestos professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for maintaining high technical standards. Ideally, you'll have: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (P405 would be advantageous). Extensive experience in air fibre monitoring (AFM) and four-stage clearances. P402 surveying experience, including asbestos management and refurbishment & demolition surveys. Excellent knowledge of UKAS requirements, HSG248 and HSG264.
