I am currently recruiting for a EPC Assessor for a housing association in Birmingham. This is a contract position available for three months. 37 hours per week. Undertaking Domestic Energy Assessments / EPCs. Assessing the condition of building components and identifying required repairs/replacement. Recording survey information accurately for the association's asset/property database. Supporting planned maintenance and investment programmes. Identifying energy-efficiency improvements. Working with internal teams and contractors. Travelling to properties across the association's geographical area.

Domestic Energy Assessor TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor to cover surveys in South Wales. As a Domestic Energy Assessor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating. Your responsibilities will include: Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc. About the role: EPC only Lodgment covered Outside IR35 Ideal Candidates: Familiarity with the HHSRS system Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets) Experience in carrying out EPC Accredited DEA If you are interested in the Domestic Energy Assessor position, apply online now.

About the Role: We are seeking a Domestic Energy Assessor to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving housing standards. You will carry out EPC Assesments collect and analyze data on housing conditions, and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to help guide investment, sustainability, and retrofit planning. Key Responsibilities: Assess domestic energy performance and generate EPCs in line with current regulations. Identify and report on disrepair, health and safety hazards (HHSRS), and decency standards. Use handheld or tablet-based software to record survey data accurately on-site. Liaise with tenants and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner. Requirements: Qualified DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) with valid accreditation. Working knowledge of HHSRS , Decent Homes Standards , and energy efficiency legislation. Proficient with data capture software and mobile survey tools. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (where required). We are currently looking for 4 DEAs/Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out several thousand Condition Surveys and EPCs throughout Lincolnshire. All of the data will be recorded on a handheld device/tablet.
