Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS, PPE and company EHSQ standards. Coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and equipment on site. Ordering site materials and managing deliveries. Maintaining project documentation and updating progress reports. Managing project programmes and communicating any changes to the wider project team. Monitoring quality throughout the installation and supporting successful project handover. About You The successful candidate will have: A relevant mechanical trade qualification or further education qualification in Mechanical Building Services. A minimum of five years' experience. Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar site management role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Good IT skills and experience using project documentation systems. Previous project management experience would be advantageous.
