Role & Responsibilities

• Complete residential stock condition surveys
• Carry out domestic EPC assessments
• Inspect building fabric and maintenance issues
• Prepare accurate survey reports
• Manage survey schedules independently

Skills & Experience Required

• Elmhurst accredited Domestic Energy Assessor
• Residential EPC assessment experience
• Stock condition surveying experience
• Strong residential building knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access
