Retrofit Construction Project Manager
- Annual Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Total Compensation Package: Up to 62,500

As a Domestic Construction Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of low-carbon retrofit and energy efficiency solutions to domestic buildings, playing a crucial role in my client's mission to enhance sustainable living.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the delivery of domestic construction and retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035.
- Coordinate between Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and PAS 2030-certified installers from post-assessment and design coordination through installation and final handover.
- Oversee the construction and installation phases of retrofit projects, managing project programme, quality assurance, and resident liaison.
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard, maintaining audit and compliance readiness.
- Handle snagging, defects, and post-installation issues while ensuring Health & Safety compliance across domestic sites.
- Prepare detailed project progress, quality, and compliance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects.
- Strong working knowledge of PAS 2035 and experience with PAS 2030-certified installers.
- Familiarity with MCS-certified technologies and experience in occupied domestic properties.
- A robust understanding of quality assurance, audit readiness, and retrofit quality assurance and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Desirable: Retrofit related qualification or exposure as a coordinator, and experience delivering government-funded retrofit schemes.
