Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the housebuilding sector. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Working knowledge of construction contracts and contract law. Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Membership of, or working towards, RICS or CIOB would be beneficial.
