Our client, a tier 1 contractor within the highways sector, is on the lookout for an experienced 360 Operator to join their team in Birmingham on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with skills in water blue collar and a background in the highways industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating 360-degree excavators efficiently and safely
- Performing regular maintenance checks and ensuring the equipment is in good working order
- Adhering to site safety regulations and protocols
- Supporting the site team with various tasks as needed
- Coordinating with other site workers to ensure smooth project progression
- Completing required documentation accurately
Job Requirements:
- CSCS card
- NPORS-Dumper certification
- Experience in operating 360-degree excavators on highways projects
- Understanding of water blue collar work within the construction sector
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and diligent work ethic
