HE Interiors are a growing commercial fit-out specialist delivering high-quality healthcare, medical, commercial and retail projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a Working Site Manager to join the business and grow with us. You'll work alongside subcontractors, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards and take ownership of projects, whilst continuing to develop your career into site and project management as the business grows. If you're looking for a genuine opportunity to progress with a business that's investing in its people, we'd love to hear from you. The Role Working closely with the Project Managers, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects across the UK. MEP Construction Assurance Manager About the Role We're recruiting an MEP Construction Assurance Manager to deliver constructability assurance and specialist expertise on a major high-speed rail infrastructure project, focusing on the tunnels running into London. This is a technical leadership role. You'll work alongside project managers and MEP contractors to ensure that complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Your remit covers the full spectrum of MEP systems: mechanical plant and air conditioning systems, electrical distribution, fire suppression, lighting, fire detection, shaft construction and all interface risks between trades. You'll take a risk-based approach to assurance, identifying issues early and working with contractors and the client team to resolve them before they impact delivery. You'll provide specialist advice on MEP construction methodology, help administer complex NEC3 contracts, support site safety practices, and ensure that all works comply with environmental requirements and undertakings obligations. You'll be the technical link between the project management team and the MEP supply chain, translating complex systems challenges into clear solutions. What We're Looking For You're an MEP engineer or construction professional with substantial experience on large-scale infrastructure projects. This role suits MEP Supervisors, MEP Managers, Senior MEP Engineers and MEP Coordinators who are ready to step into an assurance and advisory function. You have deep knowledge across mechanical systems, electrical distribution, fire suppression, ventilation and all associated building services. You understand NEC3 contract administration, Construction Design Management regulations, and site-based health and safety management in MEP environments. You've worked on major infrastructure schemes involving complex tunnel systems, multi-trade coordination, or large-scale building services delivery. You combine technical expertise with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and contractors. You're pragmatic about balancing rigorous assurance with delivery timescales. You can identify risks quickly, communicate them clearly, and work collaboratively to resolve them. You understand the particular challenges of installing systems in confined spaces and managing the interfaces between mechanical, electrical and other trades.
