We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Traffic Marshall to join our team on a busy site in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic on-site
• Maintaining site access control and ensuring security procedures are followed
• Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and visitors
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket (essential)
• CSCS card
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
