An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team of a well-established and growing regional housebuilder on an attractive new development near Leatherhead, Surrey and earn an OTE of 50k PA. The development will comprise circa 90 high-quality 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes , providing an excellent opportunity to join the scheme at an exciting stage and play a key role in its ongoing sales success. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving reservations while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the complete buying journey, from initial enquiry and first viewing through to exchange and completion. The position will be site-based and will operate either single-manned or double-manned depending upon the stage and sales activity of the development. The Role: You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the marketing suite and show homes, responding to and qualifying telephone, email and website enquiries and converting these into appointments, viewings and ultimately reservations. You will conduct show home viewings and development tours, building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and taking the time to understand their individual requirements. The role will involve confidently presenting the homes, specifications, development information and available purchase options, while maintaining regular contact with prospective buyers and progressing sales efficiently. Following reservation, you will manage the sales process through to exchange and completion, liaising closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments to ensure transactions progress smoothly and customers remain fully informed. You will maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM and developer sales systems, work towards agreed sales targets and ensure that the marketing suite, show homes and wider development presentation remain to the highest possible standard. Providing outstanding customer service will be central to the position, ensuring buyers receive a professional, knowledgeable and positive experience throughout their purchase. The ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience within property sales. Previous new homes experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates with a strong estate agency background who are looking to move into developer-side new homes sales are also encouraged to apply. You will be a confident and engaging salesperson with strong face-to-face customer service skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective purchasers. You should be organised, proactive and target-driven, with good IT skills and experience of working with CRM or property sales systems. Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a sales team are essential. Due to the site-based nature of the position, applicants should ideally live within approximately 45 minutes' travelling distance of Leatherhead. Hours: The working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm, five days per week, working a Saturday to Wednesday shift pattern. The successful candidate will also benefit from one weekend off in every six. Salary & Benefits: The position offers a basic salary of up to 35,000 per annum depending upon experience, with an On Target Earnings potential of circa 50,000 per annum.
