Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight Steel Framing System (SFS) apartment scheme in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced residential development using modern methods of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project through to completion
- Manage programme and quality to ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks and delays
- Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
