Property Manager

We are working with a independent, boutique estate agency based in Central London, who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium residential properties. This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a first-class service.

You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard while fostering long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties across Central London
• Act as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and property inspections
• Ensure compliance with all current UK property legislation and safety regulations
• Oversee tenancy progression, renewals, and deposit resolutions
• Manage budgets, invoices, and service charge payments
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports
• Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Instruct and manage contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within prime or high-end markets
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
• Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
