Orbit Workforce Solutions are looking for a reliable mastic sealant applicator to join the site team for a project in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will support the construction team by undertaking duties to help keep the project running smoothly, safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applying sealant materials to joints, cracks, and openings across different construction tasks.
• Preparing surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion before application.
• Operating tools such as caulking guns, trowels, and rollers suited to the job.

Requirements:

• Own tools
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow heath and safety guidelines
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit
• Full PPE
• Valid CSCS Card
