The Role:
Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch
The Person:
Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
Full UK driving licence
