Role Site Manager
Location Kilmarnock (KA1 4HL)
Salary/Rate Negotiable, PAYE or Umbrella
Duration Immediate start avaliable, ongoing work until December 2026
Overview: We are looking for a construction site manager to look after a fire station extension and refurbishment project for a major tier 1 contractor.
Required Experience: Proven experience managing refurbishment and extension projects. Strong track record in programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining operations during phased works.
Required Qualifications: CSCS (Black Managers), SMSTS, First Aid
