Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for various tasks. Ensure efficient use of resources and minimise waste. Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and other trades to coordinate tasks. Assist other trades and operatives as needed to ensure project deadlines are met. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any incidents, near-misses, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
