A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring high standards of delivery.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and lead project delivery across a mix of sectors including commercial, leisure, hospitality, and residential.

Responsibilities include programme management, procurement, contract administration, and risk management. The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider team in maintaining consistent delivery standards.



The Senior Project Manager

The successful Senior Project Manager will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB) is preferred.

You will have a strong track record within a construction consultancy environment and be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential for this Senior Project Manager role.
