Multi Trade Operative - Swindon

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade who will provide a responsive maintenance service on void social housing properties in Swindon.

You will be on a temp contract paid at £22ph Umbrella CIS or PAYE.

6 weeks work initially.

Using your own van.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work on empty properties turning them around for the next tenant
• Ideally you will be able to do kitchen or bathroom fitting
• Flooring experience is beneficial but not essential
• Working with another trade
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Carpentry background desirable
• Manual handling - can be completed prior to start
• Working at heights - can be completed prior to start
• DBS - can be completed prior to start
• Asbestos Awareness - can be completed prior to start
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
