This is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a strong pathway into a permanent role for the right candidate. The Role You will work closely with Senior Project Managers to support the day-to-day running of site operations. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a strong pathway into a permanent role for the right candidate. The Role You will work closely with Senior Project Managers to support the day-to-day running of site operations. Responsibilities are expected to include assisting in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors, supporting site health & safety compliance and documentation, monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates, assisting with site paperwork, records, and quality checks, and helping ensure works are delivered on time and to required standards. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor) is required, along with experience working on construction sites in a supervisory or coordination capacity. A good knowledge of bricklaying packages. A valid CSCS card is essential, while SMSTS or SSSTS is preferred. First Aid is desirable. Candidates should have strong communication and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence is preferred depending on site allocation. Role Details: Location: Bedford Start Date: 13th May Duration: 3 Months Shift Pattern: 6:30am - 2:30pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager Strong joinery / fit-out background Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage fast-paced site activities and subcontractors Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations Managing trades and subcontractors Ensuring health & safety compliance Monitoring quality and progress against programme Reporting to Project Management team Linsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
