Groundworks Site Manager

Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established Groundworks company to recruit an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for a permanent role based in Bristol.

The company:

Our client is a large Groundworks company based in Bristol, who work on many Tier 1 construction sites within a 40 mile radius of their office. They have been in business for a number of years and continue to grow and expand their operation each year.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on large scale Groundworks projects

• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure smooth delivery

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget

• Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team

• Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large Groundworks projects

• Strong track record in commercial schemes

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

Salary & Package:

• 60,000 - 70,000 per annum

• Vehicle provided
