Assistant Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their major house building scheme in Suffolk.

You will be responsible for taking units from dry lining stage through to handover, working on new build traditional build houses. You will be responsible for looking after around 20 units, managing the subcontractors on site, managing health and safety and reporting into the Senior site Manager on site.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering units to a high standard and must have experience working for a house builder. This a 6 month a role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert here.
